Living at this property was a bit of a nightmare. The walls and floors were in terrible condition, and dealing with noisy neighbors and a lazy landlord made it worse. The only good parts were the pool and being close to the hospital for my elderly parents, but the rat problem and safety issues made it not worth it.

Neighbour experience has been mixed with 50 Prince Street next door seeing several tenant changes during the 6 year stay at 52 Prince Street
Landlord Experience
The landlord is absolutely terrible, they didn't properly bomb clean the property before I moved in back in 2020, they were too lazy to fix the major stuff that was addressed during the 6 year stay & was using weak methods to deal with the rat problem that still persists today
Estate Agent Relationship
The relationship with the estate agent was alright but the landlord was very lazy to fix anything at the property & deal with the rat problem that still persists there despite having moved out almost 2 weeks ago
Best Aspect
The pool was the main thing & being close to the Gold Coast University hospital for my elderly parents
Most Challenging Aspect
Rats in the ceilings were the most challenging part to deal & also the landlord being too lazy to fix the basic stuff at the property like the front wall at the front yard that is showing fractures which signals it could fall over at anytime if disturbed by anything big enough to cause it to collapse.
