The location was amazing and my neighbors were lovely, but the house needed a lot of maintenance work. I dealt with issues like black mold, water damage, and long delays for repairs. The landlord and estate agent weren't very responsive, but magically things got fixed when we decided to move out.

Neighbours were really nice, friendly and approachable.
Landlord Experience
Within a few days of living here we tried to use the shower upstairs, water started to leak through to the laundry room down stairs. We reported this, the landlord then turned up with a silicon gun to fill the tiles in (you’ll see this when you inspect, it’s terrible) he said he had to do it every year…
Estate Agent Relationship
They did what they could to get issues resolved, each inspection we reported problems some where fixed whilst others took along time.
Best Aspect
Location, the house its self is in some serious need of maintenance.
Most Challenging Aspect
The landlord, estate agent. We went 8 months without an oven, 4 months with out a dishwasher because the landlord didn’t want to pay. When we said we were moving out within two days the landlord had paid for a new oven. The shed in the garage was unusable from February due to a big hole in the roof, this was also fixed leading up to us moving out… go figure. There was a lot of rubbish left from previous tenants before we moved in, the estate agent (Fletchers) didn’t do an end of lease inspection, the house was never cleaned before we moved in either.
