The walls were fine, but the floors needed some attention, and noise levels were moderate. Didn't interact much with neighbors, but the estate agent, Roomies Hub, was a nightmare - unreliable and always finding ways to deduct more money. The location was great for MQU students, but the agent's behavior made living here challenging.

The agent called Roomies Hub is genuinely irresponsible, rude and always making up things for tenants to be deducted more or even keep the bond!!
