The place was pretty good overall, with decent walls and floors. My neighbors were nice, and the estate agents at Buxton were really responsive. The location was the best part for me, super close to the city and public transport, but the noise from St Kilda Road during rush hour could get a bit overwhelming sometimes.

Decent neighbours, very quite, didn't have any issues with them to be honest.

We were with Buxton, and found everyone there very nice to deal with, very responsive on issues.

Location for me, close to the city, transport.
Most Challenging Aspect
The noise from St Kilda Road can be to much, especially with trams / construction. Oh and rush hour... the traffic is insane.
