I absolutely loved living here! The location was perfect, close to St Kilda and the CBD with easy tram access. The best part was the price, gym, and wonderful housemates. I had no complaints about the property - everything was great!
Nice neighbours, quite and kept to them selves
I was renting a room, not the whole apartment, but the main lease holder when dealing with the estate agent didn't have any problems.
Location and price, had access to a gym and pool. The people I lived with were also great.
Can't think of anything.
